IDHISconsulting guarantees the following matters to persons with an interest:
- Government officials, employees, agents, or agencies do not serve as HISconsulting’s directors, officers, employees, or representatives, and none of them currently possess or will ever own any shares or other beneficial interests in the company, whether directly or indirectly.
- HISconsulting will not, directly or indirectly, pay, give, offer, or promise anything of value, whether material or immaterial (such as gifts, entertainment, or travel expenses), with the intention of influencing any action or decision or gaining an unfair advantage. This includes paying bribes or kickbacks to government officials or employees, agents, or agencies.
- Directors, officials, staff members, or representatives of HISconsulting should not utilize HISconsulting to cover up the source of funds that have been obtained unlawfully.
- The books and records of HISconsulting are true and comprehensive, and they properly reflect all transactions involving HISconsulting. HISconsulting affirms and promises that it will keep up-to-date books and records that are accurate, comprehensive, and correct, as well as policies and practices that support such standards.
This anti-corruption and anti-money laundering policy must be read, understood, and endorsed by all parties who are covered by a work agreement with HIS Consulting.
HISconsulting reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any work arrangement if any party to the agreement takes any actions that are against the provisions of this anti-corruption and anti-money laundering policy. HISconsulting is not liable for or associated with any such actions.
